To start off the 2022 riding season, the PDMR is going out to the plains (since there’s usually still snow in the mountains in Apr).  It’s going to be a simple ride, about 150 miles, from Colorado Springs east on US 24 to Limon where we’ll take a quick stop.  From there, we’ll head west along 86 to Kiowa where we’ll have lunch at Bino’s Pizza.  After lunch we’ll continue west towards Franktown.  Those coming from the north can split off and head home.  For those going south, we’ll cut off prior to Franktown and take Deerfield Rd to Russellville Rd.  From there, we’ll get onto 83 and head back to Colorado Springs.

To start the ride, we’ll meet up at the Maverick gas station at 7491 Black Forest Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80923 NLT 0930.  For those that like ethanol-free gas (which I do), Maverick has it.  KSU will be 1000.
