Palmer Divide Moto Riders

The Palmer Divide Moto Riders (PDMR) is a group of motorcycle enthusiasts who love to ride the wonderful mountain roads of Colorado. We don’t have a specific headquarters location but the group is mostly situated on the Colorado Front Range between Colorado Springs and Denver; we do have a few additional members as far south as Canon City, and as far north as Fort Collins. To understand the full history of the PDMR, we invite you to click on the History link.

We’re a multi-brand motorcycle riding group that accepts anyone at any level. Our members ride everything from Victory, BMW, Indian, Harley-Davidson, and everything in between. Due to the weather in the Colorado region, we mostly ride between the months of April – September, however when there are a few nice days during the winter months, you might see us on the road during these times as well.

We try to schedule at least two day-rides per months (typically every-other weekend), but also try to incorporate a few overnight rides as well; there are so many wonderful roads and so much to see in Colorado. Listed below are a few examples of the rides we do.

  1. Bishop’s Castle
  2. Salida
  3. Peak-to-Peak Hwy
  4. Trail Ridge Road (Rocky Mountain National Park)
  5. Winter Park
  6. Salute to Veterans Rally (Cripple Creek, CO)
  7. Poudre Canyon
  8. Red River, NM (weekend ride)
  9. Victory Motorcycle Club (VMC) V2V Rally (14-leg relay across the US of which two legs are in Colorado)
  10. Breckenridge (Oktoberfest)
  11. Million Dollar Highway
  12. Various Colorado mountain passes (Cottonwood, Independence, Monarch, Rabbit Ears, etc.)
